About Dr. Bailey

Dr. Bailey has extensive training and experience in Plastic Surgery. He was a lecturer in Plastic Surgery at the University of Toronto and Senior Clinical Fellow in Craniofacial Surgery at the Mayo Clinic. Trained in Plastic Surgery at Northwestern University, Chicago, he grew up and attended medical school in England.

He is in private practice in Newport Beach, and a member of the Clinical Faculty of the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Bailey is a prior Chair of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Hoag Hospital, Newport Beach. The department is one of the largest in the country, with over 90 plastic surgeons on staff.

Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Bailey is also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has presented scientific papers on many aspects of his specialty to national and international meetings.
